“Do not look outside yourself for love. Look inside to find the walls you’ve built against it.”
About Me
I consult industry leaders in the work they don’t teach in business school. While each client is unique in their circumstances, there is one unifying thread: how human we all are. When the heart wants what it wants, no empire, no status, no achievement satisfies. Reclaiming that heart connection is where our work begins and ends.
Change involves challenge and growth. How you grow through change is a mark of your mastery in life.
I know how to kindly, gently, lovingly uncover the challenges you face and apply the pressure that brings you into the next level of where you are headed.
I know how to spot the barriers you’ve built — in front of you, and inside yourself — that keep you from the life you want. I know how to help you disassemble those walls, access those parts, and open to all you can be, opening you to loving yourself.
Pillars of my Practice
Presence
The ability to focus fully on what’s happening right now is a central principle of mastering life’s challenges. When you’re fully present, you are responsive to what is happening, rather than anything from the past, or your imagination, or any of the personal baggage that filters your perception.
I give my full attention to the person in front of me. There is a felt difference when someone gets your full attention. People remember how they feel in that moment – seen, respected, celebrated for who they are.
Self Love
The ability to stand on solid ground within yourself gives shape to everything else. For many, self-love feels unfamiliar because it doesn’t mirror how they were treated growing up. When you can look in the mirror with love, your decisions become clearer, your relationships become cleaner, and your energy stops leaking into performance. Loving yourself isn’t an act of ego—it means standing on your own side, no matter the circumstance.
I’ve learned to hold a steady view of who I am, whether things are unfolding smoothly or not. That steadiness allows me to live with clarity and care – and the effects of self-love spill over into relationships with ease.
Quieting the mind
Seeing someone clearly begins with letting go of the need to explain or fix them – but this begins inside by quieting the mind. When you drop assumptions and stay curious about yourself, you allow yourself to be. That space builds inner trust, and trust is what allows anything meaningful to take root.
Most of the time, what someone needs is the chance to feel seen without being evaluated. How are you evaluating yourself? Bringing attention to your own mind chatter, allows you to get clear of it, to speak more honestly, and to begin working from the truth of their own experience.
Working With Me
I work in one way with my clients: 1:1 consulting in remote and in-person sessions.
This is a safe space where you can trust to confide in the inner workings of you life, and face those personal challenges that have perhaps been with you for years.
In regularly scheduled sessions, I guide you through your inner world, opening doors to self discovery, helping you kindly face the parts of yourself that have been in the shadows and manipulating your choices behind the scenes.
Each of us faces difficult periods of life. When this time comes for you, know that you are not alone, or singled out. This is a moment when, believe it or not, you are ready to grow.
It’s important to have someone by your side during this time — someone who can listen, and understand what’s really going on for you.
It’s a time that you will pass through. And when you do you will come out the other side stronger, more capable, more resilient and wise. You will be ready to face even greater challenges than what you face now. Let this time be the one that trains you into something greater.
